Exchange or Return of Goods

At 8bitvape, we've instituted a 14-day return policy for non-disposable vapes that malfunction. This policy can only be used once per purchase. If a replacement also shows signs of malfunction, we might attribute this to improper handling. Products that seem faulty or become faulty due to mishandling are evaluated individually and might not qualify for a return.

Because of the personal aspect of e-cigarettes, only products with defects can be returned once they've been opened.

Before we offer a refund or replacement for any malfunctioning product, we must first receive and assess the returned item. If we identify a defect upon its return, we'll either fix or reimburse you for the product. The cost of returning the product falls on you. We advise you to use a traceable shipping method for your returns. After inspecting your returned item, give us up to 10 days to process the return. Credit card refunds can take between 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your statement.

Products damaged due to incorrect handling or accidents are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

If you've mistakenly ordered a product or no longer require it, and it's still in its sealed packaging, reach out to our customer service at Support@8bitvape.co.uk. Refunds or exchanges for such items are at 8bitvape's discretion. Also, we won't cover return shipping for such orders.

We can't cancel items once they've been dispatched. If you still get the item, you can send it back, but you'll bear the shipping cost.

Returns of orders that included gifts must be in their original condition and include the gift.

We have an Age Verification System in place to ensure only those eligible buy our products. If you cancel an order or don't pass the verification, we'll refund you within 5 business days but will subtract a £2 verification fee. If you're still undergoing verification, you have 5 business days to finalize it. Otherwise, after 10 days, we'll issue a refund, subtracting the £2 fee.

To process a refund, we need to receive the product in our warehouse. If a product is returned to 8bitvape because of an incorrect address, we'll deduct the delivery and age verification fees, if applicable.

E-Liquids and Drip Tips: Warranties don't apply to these products due to their nature. However, if the product is incorrect, exceptions may be made.

Disposable Products: 8bitvape assures a "Dead-On-Arrival" policy for disposables, meaning we'll consider returns for faulty disposable items within 24 hours of purchase. We can't vouch for taste or puff count since these are subjective. Products that seem faulty but aren't will be judged individually by 8bitvape and might not qualify for a return.

To counteract increasing fraudulent returns, all malfunctioning products must be returned for evaluation. We understand this might inconvenience genuine buyers.
